Ready-to-eat food, made the way it always should have been.

How we got here

1. Convenience kept winning over taste.

   Working late, living away from home, travelling for days. Ready-to-eat food was always there, but it came with preservatives and a taste that was never quite home. We didn’t think people should have to choose.

   

2. So we spent years on the method.

   We tried the usual ways of making food last and kept losing flavour. Freeze-drying, used around the world to keep taste, aroma and nutrition intact, was the one that held up. So we built our whole kitchen around it.

   

3. Today, a full Indian menu in a pouch.

   Dal makhani to gajar halwa, pav bhaji to undhiyu. Every dish is vegetarian, with Jain and Swaminarayan options, and every one is ready with water and a few minutes.
